Ashley began her fitness journey six years ago. She has struggled with mental illness most of her life and was seeking some form of comfort, preferably holistically. She soon found that pushing herself on her mat became apart of her everyday life off the mat. The challenges that fitness brought to her body and mind healed her in a way she hadn’t expected. Fitness became her therapy. She has since gotten certified in Vinyasa Yoga, HIIT and PyroPilates. Ashley dedicates her time encouraging others to better themselves with holistic practices that allow us to be in control of our own health. She plans to continue her fitness education so that she can continue to serve her students more on the mat.

Off the mat Ashley and her partner Lori share four children together (3 sons and 1 daughter). She runs a small business full time. In her free time she loves to watch her kids play sports, volunteer her time where it is most needed, keep active in her daily routine, catch a lunch or dinner date with friends and explore the world with her partner.
