Phil is an avid runner, weightlifter, yogi, and all-around athlete.  He is a great motivator when teaching or when next to you on a mat taking a class.  Phil is a former wrestler and football player at West Deptford High School.  He always brings a positive mindset and a lot of energy into whatever he does.  Recently Phil ran the Rocky Run Half Marathon, and the Love Park Run.  If you’re ever up for a fitness challenge of any kind, collaborate with Phil – he will support you or join in with you!  Catch up with him in his HIIT classes here at Tribe
