IS HOT YOGA FOR ME?
100% YES. We welcome everyone at any level of experience. We promise a challenging class and while we ask you to embrace that, we also want you to listen to your body and take modifications if needed.
HOW HOT IS THE STUDIO?
80 – 105 degrees depending on the class. Basics/Beginner and HIIT classes are heated to about 85 degrees.
HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?
We offer 45, 50, 60, and 75 minute classes.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR A CLASS?
We recommend being at the studio on your mat 10-15 minutes before start time. We lock up at start time and cannot allow anyone to walk in late as it is too disruptive to the class and the instructor.
WHAT IF I’M NOT FLEXIBLE?
Everybody comes to the mat at a different level and every pose can be modified, adapted or adjusted.
HOW DO I HYDRATE?
We recommend drinking water before, during and after class. Bring your own bottle (no glass, please) or buy a bottle of water for $1 at the studio for convenience.
DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN MAT, BLOCK(S) AND/OR TOWEL?
You are encouraged to bring your own mat, although we have a few on hand that you can rent for $5. We provide blocks inside the studio but please feel free to bring your own. Please bring your own towels as we do not have extras for use or rent.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?
We recommend moisture-wicking attire that fits close to the body and is easy to move in. We do not suggest loose clothing (i.e. oversized t-shirts or sweat pants) as it can become uncomfortable when you sweat.
SHOULD I EAT BEFORE I COME TO CLASS?
You know your body best. Proper hydration and fuel are important for a strong practice so we like to have a small snack 1-2 hours before class.
DO YOU OFFER CHILDCARE?
We do not offer childcare.
HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?
You can sign up for a class here on our website (click the schedule tab), through the ScheduleBliss app on your mobile device, contact the studio directly, or arrive 15 minutes prior to class time and sign in when you arrive. Many classes fill up so we highly recommend registering in advance. If you sign up online but need to cancel, please cancel out ASAP to avoid late cancel fees and because many classes have waitlists.
HOW DO I CANCEL A CLASS I REGISTERED FOR?
When logged in online or on the ScheduleBliss app, click the little box at the top right side of the screen. Then click "My Account", then click "My Schedule" - and click CANCEL next to the class you'd like to cancel.
*This is also where you can see if you are still waitlisted for a class or reserved for a class. "Reserved" means you are in.
You can also cancel a class by texting the studio line at 856-371-5734.
WHAT IS THE LATE CANCEL AND NO SHOW POLICY?
If you cancel yourself out the same day (beginning at midnight) for any morning or noon class, or after 12:00pm for any evening class, your class pass will automatically be charged. If you no show, your class pass will be charged. If you are a monthly member and late cancel or no show, your account will be charged $10. Many of our classes end up with a waitlist, so it is very important to remove yourself from a roster when you cannot make it.
IF I AM ON A WAITLIST, HOW WILL I KNOW IF I AM BUMPED IM?
If you are on the waitlist and make it in, you will be notified by email. You can also check the status to see if you are still waitlisted by logging into the ScheduleBliss app (or log in online) and go to "My Account" then go to "My Schedule." If you show as reserved - you are in. If you show as waitlisted - you are still waitlisted. If you aren't sure, please email us or text 856-371-5734.
WHERE CAN I PARK AT THE STUDIO?
You can park in the few spots that are in the front of the building as long as they are not marked RESERVED. Most of our parking is around back - and as long as you aren't blocking someone in, you can park wherever you'd like back there. There are only 2 spots marked RESERVED around back close to the building -please avoid parking there. Any member parked in a RESERVED spot will be asked to move.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVATE GROUP RATES?
Our private group rates are as following: Minimum of 15 people at $15 per person. 16-24 people is $13 per person. 25-35 people is $10 per person. We also offer offsite classes also for the same prices as above, however a small travel fee is applied if more than 5 miles from the studio. Student/athlete and 1-on-1 packages and rates differ.
