Dana has always loved fitness, the fitness world and all things fitness. She grew up playing every sport under the sun and started working with a trainer at 16 years old. Dana lives by the idea that fitness is truly a lifestyle. 

 

After working in the Defense Industry and living all over the States, she made her way back to NJ. She obtained her CrossFit Level1 Certification and started coaching, and then eventually owning a CrossFit gym on top of working full time. 

 

Yoga was always sprinkled into her fitness regime, and when time allowed, Dana jumped at the opportunity to teach here at Tribe. She loves the combination of the physical and mental exercise that yoga teaches. On top of that, she’s a huge fan of the heat. The addition of the heat allows for her increased mental focus, and cardiovascular endurance. 

 

You can find Dana teaching HOT HIIT classes here at Tribe. She loves putting together challenging workouts and sweet playlists. Outside of the studio, you can find Dana exploring her new neighborhood in the City with her Husky, Rambo and boyfriend, Sal.
