There should be a way to create a completely portable version of Microsoft Visual Basic Express 2010. I think that if you used thinapp you could create a portable executable of the program. Yes, I agree with you that it is illegal, however that is not the point that I am trying to get across. I am trying to find out whether or not it would be possible to create a portable version of Visual Basic Express 2010 using this method. The reason I want to know is because I have a computer that is a limited user account, and I have access to a net top. So, I am trying to ask whether or not this would work to be able to program in visual basic express on the limited user account. I do not have access to the admin account and I thought that if this worked for the 2008 edition, it could work for the 2010 edition.
